We’re Expanding Our Insurance Network

At Origen Healthcare, we’re committed to making high-quality primary and preventative care accessible to as many patients as possible. As a new practice, we are actively completing the credentialing process with Medicare and a number of commercial insurance plans. Because the process is completed individually by each insurance company, approval timelines vary and may take several weeks to months.

What this Means For You

If your insurance plan is already in-network with Origen-healthcare, we will bill your insurance for covered services according to your plans benefits. If we are still completing credentialing with your insurance company, you may have several options.

• Schedule your appointment using our transparent self-pay rates.
• Enroll in our optional Wellness Membership for enhanced preventative care and member benefits.
• Request a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers those benefits. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance carrier and is not guaranteed.
